Bad Boy Bloom is a sound system out of Whanganui, New Zealand.  We are dedicated to preserving the bold brassy sound which makes people want to move and groove.

About The Music

It all starts with a song. I come up with the songs and put together the basic tracks virtually. I am fortunate to have great musicians, who are willing to come and sit in my kitchen and record bass, guitar and vocals. At this point all the drums are virtual, although I originally conceived of this idea as a live recording unit.

Who Am I?

I studied songwriting and arranging at Berklee College Of Music. Since leaving school I have worked in the music industry in Los Angeles, and I now teach secondary school music in New Zealand, as well as, actively performing around the lower North Island as a jazz pianist.
